1. About us

SRKC & SHRI RADHA KRISHNA COLLECTIONS, trading as SRKC – Shri Radha Krishna Collection and SRKC – Seva Essentials, is a partnership firm (GSTIN 09AFXFS6758M1ZL) selling devotional goods, Hindu religious idols, pooja essentials, shringar accessories, handicrafts and related products, through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp, Amazon, Flipkart and our physical store in Gokul.

2. Ordering channels

• Website: orders on srkc.in are accepted for delivery within India only.
• International orders: all international orders are managed manually through our official WhatsApp business channel (+91 9058605026) or email (shop@srkc.in). We share a custom quote covering the product price and exact India Post (DNK) shipping, based on your delivery address and parcel weight.
• WhatsApp and social media: you may order and request payment details through these channels. Your order is confirmed only after we confirm it and receive payment.
• Marketplaces: orders on Amazon and Flipkart are also subject to those platforms’ terms.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees unless a quote states otherwise, and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order applies.
• Online payment is accepted through Razorpay (cards, UPI, bank transfer). Cash on Delivery is not available at present.
• Taxes are charged as applicable under Indian law and shown on the invoice.
• We may cancel an order if there is a pricing or listing error, or if an item is unavailable, and will refund any amount paid.

4. Handmade products and natural variation

Most of our products are handcrafted by Braj artisans, not machine-made. Each piece is unique. Slight variations in size, colour, finish and weight are natural and expected, and photographs, lighting and screens may differ from the actual product. Such variations are not defects and are not a ground for return or refund.

5. Custom and made-to-order items

We accept custom orders. Specifications, price, timeline, advance payment, cancellation and return terms for a custom order depend on the product and quantity, and our team will confirm them before you pay.

6. Religious sentiment

Our products are meant for devotional use. We ask customers to handle and use them with the respect they deserve. Product images and descriptions are for guidance and do not make any promise of religious or spiritual outcomes.

7. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The SRKC name, logo, product photographs, text and design on our website and channels belong to us. Do not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use our channels for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies.
