Secure ways to pay for your order, and what to do if a payment fails.

How to pay
- Website: pay online via Razorpay using cards, UPI or bank transfer.
- WhatsApp and social media: ask our team for payment details. Pay only to details shared by our official channels (WhatsApp +91 9058605026, shop@srkc.in, srkc.in). We are not responsible for payments made to any other account.
- No Cash on Delivery at present.
- Advance: custom and bulk orders may need an advance, as confirmed in your quote.
- Invoice: we issue an invoice with applicable GST for domestic orders and an export invoice for international orders.
- Failed payments: if money was debited but the order was not confirmed, it is normally returned by your bank or Razorpay within their standard timelines. Contact us with your transaction reference.
- International payments: the payment method and currency are confirmed in your quote.
