Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

1. When we accept a return or refund

• You received the wrong item.
• Your item arrived damaged in transit.

We will review your claim and usually share our decision within 3 working days. If approved, our team will either refund you or accept the return, as we advise.

2. How to make a claim

1. Record an unboxing video of the parcel as soon as it arrives, showing the parcel, label and the item being opened.
2. Share the video with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, with your order details, via WhatsApp (+91 9058605026) or email (shop@srkc.in).
3. Claims without an unboxing video, or made after 24 hours, may not be accepted.

3. What is not eligible

• Slight variation in size, colour, finish or weight from photographs, since each piece is handmade by Braj artisans.
• Change of mind, or damage caused after delivery.
• Custom or made-to-order items, except wrong item or transit damage, or as agreed by our team in writing. Terms vary by product and quantity.

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved, we pay it within 7 working days of acceptance, to your original payment mode.

5. Cancellations and changes

• You can cancel before the parcel is dispatched. Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the product. For custom orders, our team will advise.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• For changes or amendments, contact us within 24 hours of ordering, as early as possible, on WhatsApp (+91 9058605026) or email (shop@srkc.in).
• If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.

6. Marketplace orders

Orders placed on Amazon or Flipkart follow the return process of that platform.
