Radhe Radhe. SRKC (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Data we collect
- Identity and contact: name, phone number, email address.
- Delivery details: shipping and billing address.
- Order details: products ordered, order history, messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or our website.
- Website usage data: device, browser, pages visited and similar data collected through Google Analytics and cookies.
2. Payment information
Online payments on our website are processed by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and bank transfer). We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. Razorpay handles them under its own privacy policy and security standards.
If you pay by bank transfer or UPI after receiving our payment details on WhatsApp or social media, we keep only a record of the transaction for accounting.
3. Why we use your data
- To process, pack, ship and track your order, and to issue invoices.
- To respond to your questions, complaints and requests.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and customs obligations.
- To keep your details for faster repeat orders.
- To send you updates about new collections, festive offers and offers you may like, by WhatsApp, email, SMS or social media. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
4. Who we share data with
We share only what is needed with: courier partners (India Post, Delhivery and international carriers), Razorpay and banks, Google Analytics, marketplace platforms where you order via Amazon or Flipkart, professional advisors, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Marketplace orders
If you buy from us on Amazon or Flipkart, that platform’s privacy policy also applies, and we receive your details only to fulfil the order.
6. Retention and security
We keep customer details for as long as needed for fulfilment, repeat-order convenience, and legal and tax record-keeping. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or opt out of marketing messages by writing to shop@srkc.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records (such as invoices) must be kept by law even after a deletion request. See our Grievance Redressal Policy for how we handle requests and complaints.
8. Children
Our website is not meant for children under 18 to buy from without a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
