  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • The price applicable at the time of order placement will be honored

  • Shipping charges are additional and calculated at checkout (except for free shipping eligible orders)

  • Any applicable taxes or duties (for international orders) are the customer's responsibility

  • Product availability is subject to stock levels

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products

  • If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product

5.1 Placing an Order

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion

  • Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp

  • An order is considered accepted when we send you an order confirmation

  • We may decline orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of Terms

  • If payment has been received for a declined order, a full refund will be processed

5.3 Payment Methods

Currently accepted payment methods:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

  • Cash (for physical store purchases only)

  • Razorpay Gateway (to be implemented soon for card/wallet payments)

COD (Cash on Delivery) is NOT currently available.

5.4 Payment Terms

  • Payment must be completed before order dispatch (for prepaid orders)

  • For custom/bulk orders, advance payment may be required

  • We do not store your complete bank account or card details

  • All transactions are secure and processed through trusted payment gateways

5.5 Payment Confirmation

  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation

  • Please share payment screenshot/UTR number via WhatsApp or email for faster processing

  • Delays in payment confirmation may result in delayed dispatch

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for detailed information. Key points:

  • Domestic Shipping: Via India Post (4-8 business days tentatively)

  • International Shipping: Via India Post (12-18 business days tentatively)

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹649 (India only) and all combo orders

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout for orders below free shipping threshold

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances

  • SRKC is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information. Key points:

7.1 Return/Replacement Window: 14 days from delivery date

7.2 Damaged/Defective Products:

  • Unboxing Video Required: Please record a video while opening the package

  • If the product is damaged/defective, we will replace it at no extra charge

  • If replacement is not possible, we will process a full refund including shipping costs

  • Shipping charges for replacement/return will be borne by SRKC

​

7.3 Customer Dissatisfaction (Change of Mind):

  • If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return/replace it

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags/labels intact

  • Refund will be processed minus original shipping charges (if any)

7.4 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Seva Kits, Bhakti Kits, Laddu Gopal Ji Complete Kits (customized/combo items)

  • Fresh/consumable items (Prasad, incense, oils, itra, dhoop)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by customer

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase

7.5 Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership

  • Product descriptions and photographs
