India Post is our trusted delivery partner for both domestic and international shipments.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

Free Shipping: ✅ Orders above ₹649
✅ All combo orders (Seva Kit, Bhakti Kit, Laddu Gopal Ji Kit, etc.)

Paid Shipping:

  • Orders below ₹649: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on:

    • Order weight

    • Delivery location (pin code)

    • Service type (Standard/Speed Post)

Typical Domestic Shipping Charges:

  • ₹40-₹80 for orders below 500g

  • ₹80-₹150 for orders 500g-1kg

  • ₹150-₹300 for orders 1kg-5kg

  • Heavier items: Calculated based on actual weight and destination

3.2 International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout or confirmed via WhatsApp after order placement.

Factors Affecting International Shipping Cost:

  • Destination country

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method (Surface Mail/Air Mail/Speed Post)

  • Customs and handling fees

Typical International Shipping Charges:

  • Surface Mail: ₹500-₹2,000 (slower, economical)

  • Air Mail: ₹1,500-₹5,000 (faster, moderate cost)

  • Speed Post/EMS: ₹2,500-₹8,000+ (fastest, premium)

Note:

  • International shipping charges are NOT included in product prices

  • Final charges will be confirmed before dispatch

After dispatch, estimated delivery time via India Post International:

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  5. Delivered: Package successfully delivered

6. Delivery Process

6.1 Domestic Deliveries

  • India Post will attempt delivery at your registered shipping address

  • If you're not available, a delivery slip will be left at your address

  • You can collect the package from your nearest post office within 7 days using the slip

  • Please carry a valid ID proof for collection

6.2 International Deliveries

  • Package will be delivered by your local postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.)

  • You may receive a customs clearance notification

  • Additional customs duties/taxes may apply (customer's responsibility)

  • Delivery confirmation will be provided by your local postal service

6.3 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable (after multiple attempts)

  • Refusal to accept the package

Action Required:

  • Package will be held at your local post office for 7-15 days

  • You must collect it with valid ID proof

  • If not collected, the package will be returned to SRKC

  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from refund (if applicable)

7. Shipping Address Requirements

7.1 Accurate Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including:

✅ Landmark (if any)
✅ City, State
✅ PIN Code (very important)

7.2 Address Verification

  • We will verify your address before dispatch

  • If any details are unclear or incomplete, we will contact you via WhatsApp/email

  • Please respond promptly to avoid shipping delays

7.3 Address Change

  • Address changes are accepted before dispatch only

9. Delivery Issues & Resolutions

  • If you choose not to re-ship, refund will be processed minus:

    • Return shipping charges

    • Restocking fee (10% of product value)
